Unfortunately it's two years too early, prior to 1837 there was no requirement for the father's names to be on the entry, if you are lucky you might get an occupation and a location of where they lived, either "OTP" - Of This Parish, or perhaps the place name of their parish.

At least I know Frank's occupation then was 'mariner'.
