Westminster House death records

Hi all, are there any records available from 1951 for Westminster House? I was talking to one of my wife's relatives today. My wife's great grandfather was Clifford Walter Smith, who apparently died there.

Hi Bert, many thanks for the reply. I should have said 'online' records. I have seen that link and thought a visit to the library might be in order at the weekend, but wondered if there was anything elsewhere. Appreciate the help as ever.

If they are in the Archives you will need to book ahead - correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think they are open at the weekend.

They are open on a Saturday.

Thanks Mary and Katie, I didn't realise that I had to book for the archives. I just thought they would be on microfiche in the main library. It may have to wait for a bit as my wife has just had a hip replacement. I'm currently playing nursemaid and couldn't commit to a certain time of the day. The records won't be going anywhere .
