Just spent much longer than I should have trying to pay my 2014 membership sub. The relevant payment pages would not completely download onto my screen making 'navigation' quite awkward. I tried 3 different browsers with the same messy results.
Having selected Overseas Membership it was the following page that was the problem. Also tried the UK Membership button and got the same result.
I eventually got through onto the WorldPay page and did the business, but it did require a deal of persistence. So, wondering if the relevant pages have a glitch? Someone with less patience might give up and we lose a prospective member.

Sorry about that, I was told that there was a slight problem a couple of weeks ago, but I believed it had been sorted out. Glad you managed to get it done.
Added after.
I just went through the process to the page you say you had problems (using Chrome) and I had no problem.
Added after again.
Just tried again with Firefox with no problems either.

Just been back and tried the routine and it is working perfectly now for me. The gremlins have gone!

I wonder if one still needs 23 million to get a VHS recorder, I had my eye on one years ago and I worked it out, I would have to smoke 80 a day for 73 years.
Were No. 6 worth less, doubt I ever would have got enough for a VHS tape, never mind a recorder.

No 6 were a cheaper brand and therefore more coupons were needed to get items of a similar nature that were in the Embassy catalogue. Willie Woodbines had no coupons but was a better quality box to write a bet on.
And Park Drive were sold in fives, in case you couldn't afford a pack of ten. Mind you could could often get loosies from the mobile van, wow what a profit they must have made.

Cashed them in years ago. Swopped them for a gallon of petrol and a long-shot of Redex from the petrol station on the New Chester Road opposite Cammel Laird! On the corner of Green Lane? OMG... that's nigh on 60 years ago!
