Thank you very much, most appreciated!

Mary Nolan is a correct answer. As my Fathers Uncle was her son and was married to
Margaret Horrigan in 1928 and used this same address (James Nolan b 1898)
Funny enough I had thought the mother had died in 1937.
She would have been the head of household as her husband had previously passed away.
Also her daughter Catherine Nolan had married James Linton and lived on the same street,
