Street Index Query

Hi, I'm not sure if I've got this right but I wonder if anyone can tell me who was living in 12 Windsor Street, Toxteth Park in 1930. Also did these houses have 'cellars' in the 30's or would they be more salubrious and called basements?

Any comments welcome and appreciated.

I don't think anyone has a 1930 street directory in the forum, although I could be wrong.
Mrs Charlotte White was there in 1938. No cellar dwellers listed

There are no directories listed with the crew for that date, I would think you would need to visit the Record Office where the holding should be for each year.
