Hi Barbara

The nearest directory I have is 1938 and Torbock Street isn't listed at all :(
I'm not sure if there was a directory in the 20's

The earlier directory, 1914 has a Mrs Annie Taylor, shopkeeper at 1 Torbock St. She was also there in 1911.

Not much help I'm afraid, electoral registers maybe your best bet.

Thanks for trying Erika. I'll see if I can find anything via the electoral rolls.

PS - are the electoral rolls available on line 'cos it's a long way from here to the records office!
