Have a look at Adobe PhotoShop. Free fully functional trial download here:

The free trial is good for 30 days! Order tea and sarnies at regular intervals... :D :D

Someone on the Bootle Forum had a go and done it in colour it looks great considering the original photo is so small I am amazed..
