Education Officer wrote:At what appears to be his second marriage in 1911 to Rane Royde he gives his age as 57 which would indicate a birth year around 1854.
To stir the pot even further... at his death the informant said Henry was 75 years old [= 1861!]. And he had married Jane Floyde? Poor transcription?

Death: JUNGLAS, Henry A
Registration district: Liverpool South.
Year/qtr of registration: 1936 / Jan-Feb-Mar

JUNGLAS, Minnie - Liverpool - 1925.
JUNGLAS, William - West Derby - 1929.
JUNGLAS, Hugh - Liverpool South - 1964.
JUNGLAS, Annie - Liverpool North - 1969.

And his 2nd wife Jane died in 1947;

The death of Catherine junglas in 1915 was Henry's daughter, she died aged 9 in the workhouse, not sure if she was "in" the workhouse or just in the hospital there. She was buried in the parochial cemetery 11th april 1915.

The Minnie and William were the children of Henry's son Hugh, they died in infancy. The Hugh is Henry's son and Annie was Hugh's wife.

I have found out a fair bit about Henry's children, its just Henry himself I am stuck on, especially as his dates are not consistent and neither is the name of his father :(

Thank you for your help and the time spent on this !

The woman in the 191* census with the family a boarder is Jane Jones 47 widow.
Is she the same Jane he married? Seems a bit odd.
