Lost toolbar and menu bar

Post by Hilary »

I'm on Windows 7 and use Internet explorer 9

My tool and menu bar disappeared overnight. I open up with google as my home page. I have lost the bit with favourites and the edit, file etc bit.

I've googled, downloaded something from Microsoft that made no difference.

Help!!

Need the instructions in very easy non computer language!

Thanks

PS we've been scammed in post above.

Right click on the toolbar area and tick the ones you want. Also check the option to Lock the Toolbar.
