What do the numbers mean?

Morning All,

Can anyone shed any light on what the numbers refer to on some Ancestry records please? The number comes up in the Search Results, for example I found this one under results for family trees and seems to be part of the place identification

Name:Jane Anstiss
Birth:1811 in 1673203, Oxfordshire, [county], England

As it is under the Family Trees section this will have been uploaded by the owner of a tree, my suspicions are that it would be a reference or ID created by their family tree programme and not deleted before the data was uploaded.
