Would this be Louisa who was 18 in 1861 census on the previous page?

I am thinking it could be that Louisa.

However, I can only really confirm it if i can find that she migrated to Australia.

My Louisa White married in Balllarat Australia in 1863. She was 22 years of age at her marriage (so birth date 1841/1842). Her marriage certificate and her death certificate say birthplace Liverpool UK.

I can't find her on any shipping records.

My ancestor Louisa White married a Charles Frederick Patten a church vicar in 1861 - please see ref on Free BMD. for Cheshire I think.

They and children seem to be in South Africa around 1870. Not sure if this same one you are looking for. Do you know names of your Louisa's parents?

Unfortunately her marriage certificate does not list the names of her parents. Only that she was born in Liverpool.

My Louisa White married, had children and died in Ballarat Australia.

She married Charles Watterston in 1861 in Ballarat, Australia. Charles was born in Edinburgh, Scotland. She was 20 when she got married.

She later died in 1869 in Ballarat, Australia.

The parents of my Louisa are John George White and Amelia Phillips married in Liverpool 1831. Does this match you Louisa's parents?

I am unsure who Louisa White's parents are. I can find no information linking back to her parents. I came across the same Louisa White as you because her birth year matched my Louisa White and the place of her birth (being Liverpool)

I need to see if there are any other Louisa Whites born in Liverpool in 1841/42

My Louisa White died in Ballarat in 1869 so she was under 30 when she died.

Ok. Had some success. Have found my Louisa White marriage certificate and her father is William White a mariner and mother is Mary-Anne (I can't read her maiden name).

Father is a witness at the wedding so he too must be in Ballarat Australia.

I have tried searching for them in census information today and I can't find them.

Found out more.

I've just searched the Probate Calendar Register and found a grant in 1885 relating to James Henry White who died in 1884. In the summary in the register, John George White - James's father, is the next of kin and in 1885 is stated as now living in South Africa.

I wonder if the full extract will provide a full address for him in South Africa?

Hello, Kellie. I hope you are able to read this. Louisa White was my great, great grandmother's sister. The family name was originally Postlewhite/Postlethwaite but Louisa and her sister, Emily, went by the surname White.
