He died on 30th sep 1875 aged 30yrs and it looks like he was buried in Anfield Cem on 3rd Oct.
Are the signatures the registar and his secretary?
Would Alex address be Leece? St.

It's under the Catholic burials under St Nicholas but the burial in Anfield, definitely looks like Leece Street to me.
