I don't know if it helps, but if I search by a first and middle name as well as surname it doesn't find the entry, when I know it's there, just search for the first name and surname instead and see if you can find your entry.

I don't find the search as intuitive as Ancestry's.

I logged in about 4.30 yesterday afternoon, and was able to obtain a lot of information with no trouble during the 90 minutes. Looks as if timing was the key. Thanks again Mary for pointing us in the right direction.
