Marriage Lookup Needed

Hi all

Really need help with the marriage of Charles Meyrick to Margaret Mutch July 25th 1836 St Nicolas...

This man is driving me nuts, he says on the 1851 he was born in Bishops Castle Shropshire but i cannot find a baptism for him..he died in 1856...and the 1841 says Lancashire was his birth place.. but i am going with the 1851..there are lots of Meyrick/Merrick children born in Bishops Castle but no Charles.. i am realy stuck.
Hoping a witness maybe a clue on his marriage, his occupation was a Tailor

I think it must be the summer holidays Col, perhaps you should nip along to the Record Office yourself while there's still a chance before everything's moved and you have to make an appointment.

I was already at the Record Office anyway, trying to get as much done before the closure to keep my self busy during the transfer to the World museum.
