Dodman family Liverpool

I have been reading the forums for a few weeks now and found the information very useful, many thanks to all members who have put it all together.
I am researching a great uncle and can find him in the all the census returns with the exception of the 1891
I would welcome any advice on how to proceed.

George Sutherland Dodman born 1851 Norfolk Head
Caroline E A Dodman born 1841 Dundalk Ireland Wife
Georgina C Dodman born 1880 Liverpool Daughter
Edith Maude Dodman born 1881 Liverpool Daughter

When I put the family details into Ancestry nothing came up for that year
I now realise that names may be transcribed differently so need to remember that.

Hi

Yes things are often mistranscribed...

If you can't find a family, sometimes it is worth just searching on one or two of the christian names... Found this one by searching for Edith with mother Caroline and then looked through the results for a surname that looked similar

Reading the Institutions is a tear jerker.
Although in saying that, it shows just what a lot of philanthropic folk were around in Liverpool back then.
