I recently made enquiries of Liverpool Council and had a very helpful location map emailed to me for a grave I was looking for in Kirkdale cemetery. Hopefully they will do the same for you.

Hi Marlow Mag,

The cemetery is now a city farm, so I don't know how the gravestones would be arranged, I think a lot of them are just in rows up against the fences etc.

Maybe if you contact someone there they may be able to tell you about the graves.

Burial Records

Post by yappie »

Hi All
Marlowmag you are looking for burial records. Recently I found the graves of my family in Bootle Cemetary. It was sugested I contact Thornton.Gardenofrest@leisure.sefton.gov.uk - part of Sefton Council who hold most of the records for the West Derby area. Within 3 days I had the grave number. Good luck !!
