Fairchild farm Fox's Bank Ln, Whiston 1902-1920

Hi Can anyone give me any Information regarding the residence of Fairchild Farm, Fox Bank Lane, around 1902-1920. I am after William Walton and his Grandson James Walton who went to stay at this farm also the amount of time they stayed there. :D
