1937 Marriage lookup please

Hi

If anybody is going to the RO - could I ask for the following lookup

September qtr 1937 St Chads Everton

Mary J (Jane) Chalmers and Harold Wells

I am hoping her father is Samuel Chalmers

Mary Jane was b Dec qtr 1906 and her mother - also Mary Jane nee Toft died in childbirth.

Mary Jane Toft snr was the daughter of one of my paternal relatives whose father died of typhoid in the USA when Mary Jane was only 2yrs old and her sister Julia was 6wks old

St Chads Everton on 24.7.1937 Harold Wells - 30 - Bachelor - Buyer of 39 Rembrandt Street - Father John Philip Wells - to Mary Jane Chalmers - 30 - Spinster of 3 Rembrandt Street - Father - Samuel Chalmers - Fireman
After Banns by E Hodson Foote
Witnesses - John Richard Myers and Hilda Shimmin - All Signed

Sorry I appear to have forgotten to write occupation of Harold's dad. If you need it I could check it next time I go to the LRO.

That's wonderful - thank you very much and no further visit is needed. Hilda Shimmin was her cousin so it all fits very nicely
