does anyone have any information about a sylvia pither born in manchester in 1909 her mother was called beatrice aldcroft 1886 birth date, sylvia had 2 sisters margorie and doris, and 2 brothers george and leslie she married a william thomas in liverpool i think he was born in wales born 1908 don,t know where about he had 1 brother called ieuan (not sure about the spelling) and 2 sisters miriam and jinny thankyou

I believe if you searched for Sylvia PITCHER in the 1911 census you would find the correct family living in Salford, comprising Beatrice 25, William Arthur 23, Gertrude 17, James Victor 13, and Martha Aldcroft 49 and James Aldcroft 48.
