If you use the free 1911 census index you can use RD456 SD5 (St Helens) as reference, search for Dora with that birthdate and there are only three, one of which is Dora Lane.
Then leave the ref in place and put Dora Lane in the "other members of household" boxes and you will see that there is also Thomas Charles 29, Albert 8, Leousa 5, and William 10 months.

I notice that you don't live too far from St Helens, perhaps a visit to the library might produce some results if you were to check the parish records you may get lucky in identifying the marriages of the older ones by the address/father's name.
Dora's marriage is the first one to check as it might give you the clue to the church where it took place. At least you know you only have the first three months of 1902 to search for it.
On LancashireBMD in 1902 there are marriages for a Jane L and a Jane C, both are noted as being at "Prescot Register Office or Registrar Attended", this might indicate marriage in a Catholicf Church, however, there are a number of other marriages for Jane Brown between 1901 and 1911 that aren't identified on LancsBMD, so you'd have to check other churches also.
