1891 CENSUS HELP

Post by HOLLY »

Hi all, I need a little help reading the 1891 census, the ref is RG12, Piece 2911,, Folio 90

I'm looking at Mary Ann Hill but sadly can't make out the address, I looked up the enumerator bit and still can't make out the street name. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance - Holly ....

Hi Holly

Do you mean the MAry Ann Hill with a father Frederick Harris Hill?

If so it's 166 Upper Frederick Street in parish of St Thomas

Hi Ed Officer - BINGO !!! Thank you very much. I have a German Gt Grandad who inconveniently changed his name but thanks to Marya and her new link to RC Marriages I was able to confirm one witness who gave his address as 166 Frederick Street who in turn married the lovely Mary Ann - Great news - doesnt help with Gt Grandad but it does make everything nice and snug, thanks very much for taking the time - Holly !
