Would it be possible if someone has time when next at the records office to look up the marriage of
Henry Kelly and Elizabeth Taggart on 10 Aug 1829 at St Peter's Liverpool
Any information would be very much appreciated

TAGGART Elizabeth 1829 Lancashire Liverpool Marriages 8 credits VIEW

but its a payable site it wont give fathers names it will only tell you Henry's occupation and if they are of the parish

Henry Kelley and Elizabeth Taggart were both "of Liverpool" and were married by Banns.
Henry was a Blacksmith
