Wilson family

I recently had a few replies for my post Wilson family..They found Elizabeth Welsh B 1859 and wed to William M Wilson B 1857 D 1896n age 40.however I cannot make any further progress about Elizabeth other that she was in a orphanage..caould any kind soul please give me some help...mayanbilly..thank you..

Hi All
Here's a quick background for Eliz.
1861 she's 2 with parents John 39 & Ann 33 as WELCH

1871 she's 12 with parents, no sibs.

1881 is the census where she & hubby were missed off.
Her parents are still alive, 2 Wilson kiddies listed.

I'm not sure mayanbilly how she could have been in an orphanage?
