Canterbury Street

Good Afternoon All

Just wondered if anyone can tell me how to search for Canterbury Street in the 1871 and 1881 census. I have a birth which is registered in the sub district of Islington and the place of birth Canterbury Street. I have no idea why this baby was born in Liverpool as the family came from Walthamstow and other family all lived in the south of England.
If I could look at residents in the street in those census I may get a clue, clutching at straws, needle in a haystack, as usual

Pick up some names from the Electoral Rolls, 1871, 1881, and search for those, should put you in the street.

Thank you, I was able to find the address on the Electoral Registers and subsequently searched the 1871 & 1881 census. Didn’t get me any further forward but at least I’ve tried.
