Does anyone know if there are problems with the search index, I have entered names that I have seen before and it says cannot find table.

It appears there is a problem. We are unable to help, however if you notice on the front page there is the advice "If any links are broken, inform me and I will do my best to fix them." lower down there is a link to email.

Hello

The Toxteth Park Cemetery Database is still down as at this morning.
Roy Billo who looks after it posted a note on RootsChat that he has been having problems with the name domain supplier.
I had been in touch with him back in 2016 and have an email address for him. I sent an email to him last night but it came back.
Would anyone be able to contact him to find out what is happening.
That site is full of very useful information.

As advised above the site has no connection with the Society and we don't have contact details for him.

If he is posting on Rootschat, that's probably the best place to get in touch with him.

On the guestbook pages on that website he replied as follows to an enquiry about the search not working a few weeks ago:-

I am having real problems with the search engine. Moved to a new provider and as the search function is an old program, it will not download. As I am not computer literate on this type of thing I am trying to find someone who can assist me. But having no luck so far. Hoping to have it up and running in a few months. [Billo]

There's also this message on the website:-

THE SEARCH FACILITY ON "SEARCH THE DATA BASE" IS NOT WORKING AT THIS PRESENT TIME.

I HAVE CHANGED PROVIDERS AND CAN'T SEEM TO UPLOAD THE PAGE.

WILL DO MY BEST TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM.
