Allerton Cemetery Burial Registers

Post by Blue70 »

Does anyone know what dates the Record Office has for coverage of burials at Allerton Cemetery? Would they have registers on microfiche for 1956? Or would it require an enquiry to council cemeteries?

We think the registers may go up to 2000.

Hi Katie

Looking for John Kirby died Liverpool South Apr-May-Jun 1956 aged 60 years and his wife Emma J Kirby died Halton Apr-May-Jun 1985 aged 88 years. They were living in the Lodge Lane area in the 1939 Register and afterwards so possibly buried at Allerton Cemetery.

Thanks Katie. Maybe he was buried in a churchyard. Not at Holy Trinity Wavertree though as burial records for the 1950s are on Ancestry.
