I somehow tripped over an enquiry on the group page and I hope this is of some little help.

The enquiry by Tony W seems to centre around Eleanor Rigby's headstone and who is, Doris W, daughter of F & E Rigby. I think the question being asked, is she the daughter of Eleanor Rigby?

The most likely parents of Doris W Rigby are as already been suggested by Alex (Facebook)
Frederick Rigby & Elsie M Rigby, nee Whitfield. married 1923.

Doris W Rigby being on the headstone is because of family connections from both sides , Rigby & Whitfield.

John Rigby (Headstone, Father) his daughter Mary Elizabeth Rigby married Arthur Whitfield, they had a daughter, Eleanor Rigby Whitfield.

John Rigby had a brother Thomas Rigby, sons of William Rigby.

Arthur Whitfield had a brother Amos Whitfield, sons of Charles Whitfield.

Amos Whitfield's daughter, Elsie M Whitfield married Thomas Rigby's grandson, Frederick Rigby.
