Can't locate Uncle's Death notice in Scotlandspeople.

I have hit a brick wall. My Uncle Charles was born in 1923 in Kirkdale. Family moved up to Scotland in 1926 and my Grandad got a Plumbing job near me. Before I was married, he would visit us as he was very close to my Mum. My Mum died in 1974 age 45. I never saw him after that. Unknown to me, I just found out he had visited my Dad and young Brother. I can't find a Death notice in Scotlandspeople. They said he def. isn't on their site. I traced him to a hospital, now closed. I wonder if he went back to Liverpool later. I'm going to try your site to find him. If you have any ideas on how to find him, I would be very appreciative.

We need a full name to help search, was he married? also which hospital and what year did you trace him to?
