'Newbie Terrace', in 1857?

Newbie is usually someone new to the forum, but it was given as a bride's address at a marriage in January 1857, performed at Holy Trinity, Walton Breck. The couple were Alfred North and Jane Lockwood, the bride's father was a vicar in Yorkshire.
Any clues about Newbie Terrace, please?

There was a Newbie pub in Whitefield Road. That's the only Newbie I can see on maps in that area. Here's Newbie Terrace (Belmont Road) in Gore's 1859 where Belmont Road may not necessarily be where it was but rather the general area where it was:-

It must have been demolished and the land built on after it was sold in the 1880s. It appears on these maps it was where retiringtype's quote said it was:-
