1939 Register look up request

Please can anybody who has access to above register help me please?
I'm looking for any information on a Marjorie Hogg born 1938 in Wallasey Wirral .
During the war they where bombed out and they left Wallasey when she was about 3 years old and came to live in Grimsby where her mother's family came from. Recently Miss Hogg died in Grimsby.

The details of people who have recently died are not usually available to view on the 1939 Register on FMP. I don't have a subscription myself but it is available to view free in Liverpool libraries. Using the free search I can't find an entry. Presumably it can't be viewed until FMP have proof of death.

What I am looking for is where in Wallasey did Marjorie Hogg live and I thought that it could possibly be found on the register
I was also born in Wallasey in l938 so I am probably the same age as Marjorie Hogg. I am on the register but at the moment I don't have access to the register.

She is on the record along with mother, Edna May Hogg, bn 1905 and 1 closed record, I can't open it.
