Remembrance

Although we did not know you, we remember and give thanks for the sacrifices you made for all of us, all our love from your family.

18190. Henry Harrison, age 33 yrs our Grandad xxxx
Killed at the Battle of Loos 25 September 1915

G. Harrison brother of Henry who came home but died in 1919 of illness through his war experience and is buried in a commonwealth grave.

The Royal Garrison Artillery 321 siege battery
7821 Gunner Fred Wesson age 32 yrs killed 8 August 1917

The battery took a direct hit and Fred was killed with his comrades

These men died as they lived and are buried next to each other at Voormezeele enclosure 3
searching for Mc Cann, ( Dublin,Ireland) Mc Dermott (Edinburgh,) Evans, (Gaerwen,Anglesey) Jones (Llansilan,Denbigh) Wesson, (Bluntisham-cum-Earith, Hunts) Thoday, (Willingham, Cambs) Cuttriss (Islip, Northampton) Lucas (St Ives, Cambs)
