Can anyone help me find old pictures of this house or anything to do with the family please?
I have an Egerton William Harding (AKA William of Everton) b. 10 Dec 1814 St George Everton.
Also a George Shipton Harding (Rev) B. 2 Apr 1810, (Shipton is a 2nd. Christian name)
Their Father William Harding - Merchant Died 29 Sept 1827 at Breck House.
I have been able to follow the family of Harding's back quite a long way.
I have quite a few sources and would be willing to swap information.
I would be interested to know the location / relationship to the port / etc.
Thank you
Veegeeh

Re: Harding - Breck House Everton
Obviously at the dates you are interested in there isn't a chance of a photograph of the house, but googling has found mention of a Herdman print on this site http://www.walkingbook.co.uk/liverpool/ ... villas.htm and a little bit of history about it.

Re: Harding - Breck House Everton
If you haven't already done so, entering the name George Shipton Harding, 19th Century British Newspapers produces a few results, Ordination, Marriage, etc.

Thanks for that Bert. I had found quite a few records about him but it's really good to know someone else confirms findings.

Re: Harding - Breck House Everton
I can see quite a few references to these surnames and also Breck House in newspapers on FMP, but whether this Breck House and yours are one and the same I have no idea.

Thanks Barbara
I hadn't got that. It refers to Mrs Mary Guest. We have the Guests in the tree.
