I am sure one of our resident genii can point me in the right direction. I have failed to find someone in the last two censuses [1901/11] and suspect a surname mis-transcription in Ancestry.
The address is in Holly Road, Fairfield, Liverpool. Once I have access to any return in that road I can travel up and down until I find something to match the name I am looking for, but I do not want to reveal it at present.
Many thanks in advance for clues,
Daggers

Thanks very much, Bert, every little helps. The name I wanted was mistranscribed as I suspected, but the 1911 writing by the householder did not help!
Good to see the name Frisby Dyke on your extract. Anyone remember ITMA and the comic part played by Derek Guyler?

I even remember where I was when the radio told us Tommy Handley had died suddenly! In my head..... Mrs Mopp's "Can I do you now, Sir?". And "Don't forget the diver" and "I'll have to ask me Dad", "After you Claude. No, after you Cecil"! And loads more from that show.....daggers wrote:Good to see the name Frisby Dyke on your extract.
