Interesting documentary on TV last night about an adopted woman's search for her birth family's background in County Clare, Ireland:-

"Daisy Asquith tells the personal story of her mother's conception after a dance in the 1940s on the west coast of Ireland, in an emotional adventure in social and sexual morality."
