The 1851 baptism from St Nicholas RC gives the mother's name as Rosy Doyle. The marriage to Michael Brady has Rosa Anna (Rose Ann) Stewart. William is Scottish, Rose is Irish. Can't find a marriage. Perhaps married in Ireland or Scotland? They are living at 4 Great Oxford Street North in Liverpool in 1861 (later called Sylvester Street). Irish relative called Arthur Doyle living with them. Both William and Arthur are chemical workers.

Since the family were RC then it is likely William Stewart was RC. Found this possible for him...
Scots RC baptisms 1798 to 1803 - only one hit.
16/07/1798 - STEWART, WILLIAM - parents CHARLES STEWART/MARY SMITH - Parish of TOMINTOUL.

Tomintoul is a village in the Moray council area of Scotland; until 1975 it was in the county of Banffshire.
