Bootle electoral rolls

Post by Linwood247 »

I know this is an easy one for the experts out there - where are the Bootle electoral rolls for +\- 1894 held? And are they digitised?
Thanks in advance.

They are not digitised and I believe there may be some in the Information Service upstairs at Crosby library. I would ring them and see exactly what they have.

I have in the past found them very helpful by telephone, they have looked up the information I needed by telephone while I was asking if it was available.

Just to make sure you know that Electoral Registers are organised by address not name.
