MORRIS, THOMAS JAMES, Able Seaman, Royal Navy Division, eldest son of Thomas Morris of Lynwood, Litherland Park, Liverpool; b. Kirkdale, 1 Aug. 1880; educ. Merchant Taylors' School, Crosby, Liverpool; enlisted 26 June, 1917; served with the Expeditionary Force in France and Flanders, and died at No. 3 General Hospital, Le Treport, 3 Feb. 1918 from illness contracted while on active service. Buried in the Mont Huon Cemetery, Le Treport. He m. at Childwall Parish Church, 11 June 1913, Phyllis (Sunnycroft, Uppingham Road, West Derby) dau of Thomas William Langley, and had a dau. Doreen, b. 16 July 1914.
