Linacre Lane School, Bootle, early 1900s -records

Post by Jean »

I have discovered that William Ellis attended this school before 1914 and I wondered if anyone knew where the school records of this time are held.

As the school is still in existence they may well still have their early records. Whether they have time to answer a family history question I wouldn't like to say.

Crosby Library the Information Service upstairs has some school records you could ask them.

Thanks, Hilary. I shall try the library route first. I am really trying to find out where he lived at the time and thought the school records might have this information.
