George, I don't think you are going to find out any more than what has already been given. You can consult the 9th KLR Battalion Diary which if I am correct will be available to look at on 6th September 2014 at The Liverpool Family WW1 History day at the Museum on the Liverpool Waterfront. Ken Lees has already given you what he has from his extensive research he has done into the 9th KLR.
