This is a bit difficult, I don't see an entry on the CWGC site, or Service Records, however there is this Medal Card.
If it's right the soldier could be George Arthur Constantine age 17, living in 1911 at 106 Needham Road, Edge Lane, with siblings and parents Jhon? probably John and Emily Jane Constantine.
The 17 year old and George A from the Medal Card are NOT confirmed as being the same person.

Doesn't discount the MIC but the lack of a death is puzzling.
This is from the Liverpool Echo, Tuesday May 14th 1918 in the 'Missing - Information Wanted' section. Not the same first name, but the address 106 Needham Rd is mentioned:
CONSTANTINE - Private H. Constantine 9th Manchester Regiment, reported wounded and missing, March 21, formerly employed at Ayrton and Sounders, Hanover Street - News gratefully received by his Parents, 106 Needham Road, Edge Lane.
