I came across soldier called Gunner David Cowan 81504 who Died of wounds on SDGW. I always check my Roll of honour database and I have him Recorded as Arthur Cowan. On CWGC he is recorded as Gunner Arthur Cohen son of Morris and Georgina Cohen on his medal card he is Arthur Cowan. A search of the census and FreeBMD and he was actually registered and baptised as Aaron Cohen. Confused? I am. Anyone searching for him under Aaron Cohen would not find him. Well that's 3 entries in the database for him.
