Help with FBMD

Hi...FBMD has

William Henry Taylor... Stone (this is in Staffs) 1886 4th qt 6b 56[3] ..How do I search for the spouse please ? Have taken a look at the original image and it looks like 63 to me (but then again my eyes are a bit suspect) Tried putting those pages in but no luck.
I do know that her name was Mary A on the 1901 and Mary Annie on the 1911 census.
