There are now a lot of record images on Family Search for the Isle of man. The parish registers have been available for some time and have a search facility but the other links below are for image only collections. Manx Wills are a great addition if you know what you're looking for. There is a useful will index here:-

If you see a name in the index you want to follow up note the registry (ie Archdeaconry or Episcopal), the reference and the film number so you can find the right camera icon on the will links. After that is the hard work of locating the will. The parish and the reference can help so for example you might need to look for the parish of Malew and a will numbered 20 at the top of the images.
