Soldiers Effects for John Cooper, 13338, seems to me as Widow, Mary C (see image)

The only marriage I could find was John Cooper/ Mary Catherine Cooper, Widow of his brother, William Edward Cooper, 1908, marriage to Mary Catherine Robinson. Most of the addresses, including the 1901, appear to be in touching distance of Penrhyn Street.

It appears only 1 child was born to the marriage, John Cooper/ Mary Catherine.
