Our Webmaster posted a tip on Facebook
I've just found the way to get to where I want with Findmypast, AND I actually managed to locate records I've never previously seen.
I hovered over "Search records" and spotted "A-Z of record sets" at the bottom of the list. If you click on that you can then put a keyword in (I put Shropshire) then locate the records you want. I selected Shropshire Burials and found many records relating to my GG Grandfather's family.
I was just reading about a new database on FMP with 75 million US records based on passenger lists or naturalizations which may overlap with the Passenger lists leaving UK. I don't know how this will work on the A-Z list as the new list is headed up Travel & Migration and the original list is headed Passenger Lists.
