Trouble shooting-Family History

For the last few months I have been trying to locate a Thomas Bromilow, son of George and Catherine Bromilow on the 1891 Census. Thomas Bromilow father George committed suicide in 1890 and I have an address of 4 in 5 Court Prussia Street. I tried all variations of the surname, looked at the original fiche, until I came to the conclusion that the 1891 census enumerator had missed out part of the Courts in Prussia Street. So I took a copy of the electoral Roll for 1891 to prove this. I searched for a John Keating who in the electoral roll is recorded as living at 12 in 5 Court Prussia Street. And I located John Keating and his address is recorded as 12 Rushton Court.
And on the previous page I had a Eureka moment.

John Murray-19-Grandson-Carter-Liverpool
Margaret Murrary-18-Grand Dau-Liverpool
Thomas Murrary-2mos-Liverpool.
Their address is recorded as 4, Rushton Court.
Only for taking a copy of the Voters register I would not have found them.
