Now according to JD's index of names recorded on War Memorials he is commemorated on Christ Church Kensington, I also know that there are names on Christ Church that also appear on St. Cyprian.

I can confirm that Arthur William Morgan 47, Exley Street is the right service man. There was an article in the Evening Express which states he was a Lance Corporal in the 43rd (St. Cyprian's) Boys Brigade. I have copied the article.

Mr. and Mrs. Morgan, 47, Exley Street, Liverpool, have been informed that their son, Able-Seaman Arthur William Morgan has been killed in the Dardanelles. He joined the Royal Naval Division in October when he was only 16 years of age, being at the time an apprentice at Messrs. Dodd and Oulton, brassfounders, Stanley Street. He was a lance-corporal in the 43rd (St. Cyprian's) Boys Brigade. A member of the Newsham Swimming Club, he won several prizes in swimming contests. His grandfather , Mr. John Morgan, went through the Indian Mutiny and gained a number of distinctions.
