I have a report in my indexes of the following soldier being reported as missing in action.

East Lancashire Regiment
Rooney
31413
Matthew
Private
Bootle
Missing

The National Archives have him recorded as being with the South Lancashire Regiment under number 31413 (error report sent)

Ancestry have him recorded as being with the King's Own (Royal Lancaster Regiment) under number 31413

Can some kind person send a error report into Ancestry stating their error. On Matthews Medal card is recorded E.Lan.R 31413

Tried, but not too sure if it will be accepted by them as there is no means of notifying errors for the Medal Cards except for an incorrect name.
