Richard DUNN

This is likely to be a "long shot"' but I live in hope!

I have discovered 432059 Spr Richard Dunn 55th Divisional Signal Company RE, who was awarded a MM in WW1. The award appears in the Supplement to the London Gazette on 7 October 1918. His "home town" being recorded as "Kensington". I had originally thought of London, but of course it more likely to be here in Liverpool as there was a RE unit based here prior to WW1.

I have no other information; can any one help?

Many thanks

Mark

The Liverpool Worthies index is made up of newspaper cuttings of anyone who is Worthie of a mention. Between 1914 and 1921 you will find some soldiers from world war one in them. There is no Richard Dunn listed but there is a R.E. Dunn.

If i get a chance I will see if its any relation to your chap.
