I have an obituary published in the Liverpool Echo 14th November 1918 for:-
WESLEY, November 7 in France Gordon A Wesley, Corporal Mounted Police, late Lancashire Hussars, 19, Croxteth Grove, Liverpool.
I have his entry on the Medal Rolls which states:-
Wesley G
Royal Dragoons 5604
P 5408 MMP
Also on the medal Rolls are the dates 10/9/1914 Enlisted and also 11/11/1918
Here is the link to his Medal Card

I cannot find any entry on CWGC nor on a census. Any assistance with this one.

Don't know if this is any help but between 1870 and 1900 there's only one birth registered in England and Wales....
Births Mar 1886: WESLEY, Gordon Howard - Birmingham 6d 126
He is here in 1891: RG12 Piece 2395 Folio 22 Page 38
Was the H of Howard mistaken for an A in the records?
No matches for births in Scotland.
No entries in Ireland censuses, 1901 and 1911 or in Scotland.
In 1910+1 he is here with his parents...
Address: 109 Albert Road, Handsworth, Staffordshire

Sorry not much luck, but also had no luck finding a birth in Lancashire, I wonder if this could possibly be him? despite the middle initial being incorrect.

Snap, great minds and all that!

Haven't found a marriage anywhere yet for Michael Fitzer Bovenizer and a Mary, so as he was a Methodist minister he may have married abroad while missioning in foreign climes such as Ceylon etc.
